Stressed and don’t know where to start?

Do this - Start simple. Work on getting into a rhythm with sunrise and sunset. Use circadian structure for eating and sleeping. This basic framework can calm you, reduce decision making, and set you up for success with other stress busting habits. Slow down when the sun goes down, try and get up around sunrise. Tune in and be guided by the natural rhythms of the days and the seasons. Eat dinner at least 3 hours before bed and get screen time done at least an hour before bed. If work isn't aligned with daylight hours, we can choose to pay attention to the sun coming up and going down. There is a natural ebb and flow and an order, no matter how chaotic things seem.
