Variety will give you a broad spectrum of nutrients for balanced, optimal health. Plus, you’ll avoid getting too much of something. For example, although spinach is a healthy food, it does have naturally higher amounts of oxalates, which can make it harder for your body to absorb calcium. Changing it up can mitigate the effects.
